Description
Ascent 4h
From elevation 1800, head SW, to traverse a small wooded area and reach the Lareccio chalets (1909m). Continue in this same direction and pass the high mountain pasture Rondadöira via very gentle slopes on the orographical left bank of Rio Lareccio. Around 2100m, at the level of Gana Bubaira, head diagonally towards the S and go up the steeper slopes which lead to Passo Predèlp (2452m). Do not go to this pass however and around 2350m, pull towards the SE. The slopes become sharply steeper starting at 2450m and continue until the summit flat area the SE end of which constitutes Pizzo Predèlp (2586m).
Descent
By the ascent route.
Remarques
- Vadret da Radönt is a small residual glacier which generally does not require specific equipment.* The relatively high starting altitude limits the probability of carrying skis.
- The starting point of the tour is on the S side of the pass, at elevation 1800 on the road. Park as best you can based on the parking spaces available along the road.
- Approximately 35° for 100m under the summit. Otherwise S2. Some broad flat areas below 2100m.
- NW for the most difficult part of the course under the summit. N for the slopes leading to the Passo Predèlp. E for the remainder of the route.
