En rouge, l'itinéraire menant au Cerro Plata depuis le camp du Salto del Agua (Cordon del Plata, Cordillère frontale, Mendoza, Argentine).
Au niveau de "La Hollada", deux chemins sont possibles pour accèder à la crête séparant Lomas Amarillas du Portazuelo. Du Portazuelo, contourner le Platita par l'W avant de remonter l'arète NW du Plata.
