 The practice of mountain sports activities requires a controlled knowledge of the ground and the acceptance of degree of risk adapted to each capacities. Camptocamp-Association advises users of the website utter caution in interpreting and using data provided by the community.
Camptocamp-Association does not garanty the accuracy and exhaustivity of the indications  provided (route description and conditions, forum comments, practical and medical advices,…) directly on this website. These contractual informations can in no way engage the responsability of Camptocamp-Association, nor that of the authors of the contents.
This information in addition cannot be substituted to the advice of a qualified professional at the moment of the action committed on the ground. Camptocamp-Association refuses to accept any responsibility in case of incidents of any nature that may arise from the use or interpretation of contents provided on the website.

Chapter 6 - Conditions arising from the website's interactivitySummary

 When adding content (text, picture or other) in one of the interactive sections of the c2c website, the user expressly and gracefully grants Camptocamp-Association the right to broadcast this content (copy, reproduction, adaptation) by any means (any base and any format known or still unknown today), worldwide and for the life of the curent or to-arrive intellectual property. Copyrights remain aside.

 Camptocamp-Association reserves the discretionary possibility to publish or not the contributions that are made on the website, to modify , adapt or translate in any language, to retain online or to remove them at any moment.

 The user is the one and only one in charge of the content that he adds to the c2c website. As such, he guarantees Camptocamp-Association against any appeal and/or judicial action that may arise from its diffusion.
